Mut bedeutet f\u00fcr mich, ins Ungewisse zu gehen. Entscheidungen zu treffen, auch wenn sie unbequem sind. Nicht trotz der eigenen \u00c4ngste zu handeln, sondern gerade mit ihnen. Was mich antreibt<\/strong><\/p>\n

Seit fast 20 Jahren begleite ich Menschen, Teams und Organisationen auf dem Weg zu mehr Klarheit, Kreativit\u00e4t und Wirksamkeit<\/strong> \u2013 in Innovationsprojekten, F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fteprogrammen und kulturellen Transformationsprozessen.\n
Ich arbeite branchen\u00fcbergreifend \u2013 vom internationalen Konzern bis zur Schule, vom Sozialunternehmen bis zum Start-up.<\/p>\n

Was mich pr\u00e4gt<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ich bin gern unterwegs \u2013 drau\u00dfen in der Natur genauso wie innerlich, beim Lernen, Ausprobieren und Wachsen. In meine Arbeit flie\u00dfen Erfahrungen aus f\u00fcnf Lebensjahrzehnten ein: aus der Software-Branche, dem Konzernalltag, intensiven eigenen\n Ver\u00e4nderungsprozessen \u2013 und aus dem Leben selbst.<\/p>\n
